Design Studio & Product Development
Our in-house Design Studio is located at our Mumbai headquarters and functions as the creative backbone of our product ecosystem. This studio is led by experienced professionals from the apparel industry and supports clients with:

In-House Quality Labs
Each of our manufacturing units houses an in-house testing lab equipped to validate both raw materials and finished garments. These allow us to confidently meet both domestic and international compliance standards. The labs also play a role in pre-shipment inspection and help reduce rework by ensuring quality at source. Skilled Workforce & Training Systems
With a team of over 8000+ skilled employees, our workforce is one of our strongest assets. Over 80% of our factory workforce are tribal women trained through government-recognized programs.
Our training ecosystem includes residential skill development centers in Rajasthan, where over 20,000+ tribal women have been trained in stitching, seam sealing and quality assurance. Supported by hostels, computer labs and certified trainers, these centers offer a seamless pathway from skill-building to full-time employment – creating long-term livelihood opportunities for underserved communities.
